Gracious and loving God,

On this Holy Thursday, we remember the night you gathered with your disciples, sharing bread and wine, offering not only a meal but your very self. Teach us to receive your love with humble hearts, and to extend that same love to others.

Lord Jesus, as you knelt to wash the feet of Your friends, you showed us the true meaning of service. Strip away our pride and fear, and shape us into servants who care for the weary, the forgotten, and the broken.

In the quiet of this sacred evening, help us to stay with you to watch, to pray, and to trust, even in moments of uncertainty and sorrow. Strengthen us to remain faithful when the path grows dark.

May this night draw us deeper into your mystery of love and sacrifice, and prepare our hearts for the hope that is to come.
