Heavenly Father,

Thank You for bringing us safely to the close of another week. Thank You for the strength You gave us in our work, for the lessons hidden in both our joys and our struggles, and for Your faithful presence in every ordinary moment. As the weekend begins, grant us the grace to slow down, to rest without guilt, and to rediscover the peace that comes from being close to You. Refresh our minds, renew our bodies, and restore our hearts, so that we may return to our daily responsibilities with renewed hope and generosity.

Bless our communities, families, friends, and all those who spend these days caring for others instead of resting. Be especially near to the lonely, the sick, the weary, and those burdened by anxiety. May they find comfort in Your love and strength for each new day. Help us to use this time wisely: to cherish those we love, to notice the beauty of Your creation, to be grateful for life's simple gifts, and to remember that true rest is found not only in quiet moments, but also in Your abiding presence.

May this weekend become a time of gratitude, peace, and renewal, preparing us to begin the coming week with joyful hearts and steadfast faith.

Amen.
